Pig

Pigs are Passive Mobs that drop 0-2 Porkchops. If the player has a Saddle, they may Ride pigs, however, they must use a Carrot on a Stick to control them.

Breeding

Pigs can be bred with a carrot. It will take approximately five minutes until adults can be bred again. This is the same for all Breedable Mobs.

Trivia

• Pigs are the only Farm-able mob that doesn't have a renewable resource.
• Creepers were originally a failed Pig model, however, Notch found it amusing enough to make into a unique mob.
• If a pig gets struck by lightning it turns into a Zombified Piglin
